Hi, I’m Hakan Shehu, a software engineer from Kosovo who likes tinkering and building things.

I created Colanode, an open-source, local-first collaboration platform. Previously, I was VP of Engineering at Gjirafa, Inc. I’ve had the chance to work across a variety of systems, and I started this blog to share some of the learnings along the way.
